Installation method for precision linear guide rail
It is necessary to remove burrs, dirt, and surface scars from the mechanical device surface before installing the linear guide rail
Attention: The straight slide rails are coated with anti rust oil before the formal installation. Before installation, please use cleaning oil to clean the reference surface before installation. Usually, after removing the anti rust oil, the reference surface is relatively easy to rust, so it is recommended to apply lubricating oil with lower viscosity for the main shaft
Gently place the main rail on the bed and use lateral fixing screws or other fixtures to gently fit the line rail with the lateral device surface
Attention: Before using the device, it is necessary to acknowledge whether the screw holes match. Assuming that the processing holes on the base do not match and forcibly locking the bolts will greatly affect the combination accuracy and application quality
Tighten the positioning screws of the slide rail slightly from the center to both sides in order, so that the trajectory fits slightly with the straight device surface. The sequence starts from the center direction and is tightened towards both ends to achieve a more stable accuracy. After slightly tightening the straight reference plane, strengthen the locking force of the lateral reference plane, so that the main rail can truly fit the lateral reference plane
Use a torque wrench to gradually tighten the positioning screws of the slide rail according to the locking torque of various materials
Use the same device method to install the auxiliary rail, and individual devices slide onto the main and auxiliary rails
After paying attention to the linear slide rail on the sliding seat device, many subsequent accessories cannot be installed due to limited space in the device. It is necessary to install all necessary accessories together at this stage. (Accessories may include oil nozzles, oil pipe joints, or dust prevention systems.)
Gently position the mobile channel (table) onto the sliding seats of the main and auxiliary rails
Lock the lateral forcing screws on the moving channel first, and after the device is positioned, proceed in the following order
